For health and safety reasons, Salty Hair does not accept returns or offer refunds on ordinary purchases. If a product is damaged or defective, contact the team within 48 hours of delivery.
General rule
- Returns are not accepted on standard purchases.
- Refunds are not offered on ordinary products sold.
Damaged or defective items
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact orders@saltyhair.au within 48 hours.
- The team will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping risk
- The store is not responsible for loss or damage that happens in transit.
- If a parcel arrives damaged, the carrier may also need to be contacted.
Order agreement
- By placing an order, customers agree to the refund policy.
